The Court of Appeal sitting in Makurdi, Benue

State, has sacked former Senate President, David

Mark from the Senate of the Federal Republic of

Nigeria, declaring his election a nullity.

The APC senatorial candidate, Donald Onjeh's case

against Mark's election was upheld by the court.

The court therefore ordered INEC to conduct a re-

run election for the senatorial district within 90

days.
