at least seven spots in the French capital.
One of the attacks happened outside a bar near the Stade de
France.
In a parallel development,
the terrorists took hostages at the
Paris Bataclan concert hall.
There were reportedly two "suicide
attacks" outside the Stade de
France stadium, where the
France-Germany internationa
friendly match was underway.
In another development several gunmen opened fire with
Kalashnikov rifles at the Petit
Cambodge restaurant in the 11th district.
Shooting has also been heard near the Bataclan arts centre, where unknown number of terrorists
took over 100 people hostage. Police have evacuated bars and restaurants in the area and
cordoned off the shooting zone.
French president Francois
Hollande was at the France-
Germany football match when the
attacks began. He was evacuated
at 22:15 local time and taken to Place Beauvau, the interior
ministry, where he is currently holding a crisis meeting with his ministers and Manuel Valls, the prime minister.
France declares state of
emergency and closes its borders after Paris attacks. A state of emergency had not been declared in France since the riots of 2005.
President Obama of the USA said:
"This is not just an attack on Paris, not just on the people of France, but this is an attack on all
of humanity."

There are fears that not all of the attackers have been accounted for, i.e. arrested or liquidated.
