Russia blocks porn sites

World adult websites have been blocked in Russia. And to say the internet is going to become very boring for most youths.

The Russian Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media, have blocked pornographic sites.

And the latest sites to fall victim of that are Pornhub and YouPorn, the world’s biggest collections of free pornography. That move began on Tuesday but put in practice previously issued court decisions.

Meanwhile Pornhub offered the Russian agency a deal by tweeting ‘If we give you guys a Pornhub Premium account, will you un ban Pornhub in Russia?

But the agency wasn’t amused and replied with;

@Pornhub sorry, we are not in the market and the demography is not a commodity.

Then things just escalated from there and Pornhub calling out Obama:

It isn’t the first time that the agency has blocked Pornhub – doing so in September 2015. And it isn’t the first time that it has been roundly mocked on Twitter for doing so.

It advises it’s citizens to go out and meet people in real life!

The Russian legislation does not prohibit watching pornography. Yet, the law bans its production, distribution, and advertising. Moreover, child pornography is illegal as well.

Imagine banning pornography in Nigeria?  Just saying!
